BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 Heidi, Board President

President: Heidi Sann

Heidi is a native of Eugene and is the Controller at King Retail Solutions, Inc. Heidi and her partner have two children; a daughter, 11 and a son, 8. Their four-footed children included two kitties they adopted from Greenhill, one kitty that adopted the family, and two dogs - Koda and Sadie. The family enjoys camping, hiking, and the many adventures that children and pet companions bring to life! Heidi enjoys reading (when she can steal a spare moment) and cannot imagine life without pets!

Past President: Renee Watts, DDS

Renee has lived in Eugene since 1999. She adores their four-footed children, Huckleberry, an 8 year old schnauzer and Gordy, a Greenhill graduate. They love to go walking and go to the dog park! Renee practices dentistry (on humans) in the Gateway area of Springfield and enjoys travelling and quilting when she gets the chance!

Vice President: Ginger Balazs

Ginger is a Branch Manager for West Coast Bank at their North Eugene Branch on Green Acres Road. She has been in the banking and financial services industry for 15 years. Originally from New York, Ginger has lived and worked in Eugene since the late 1980's. She and her family share their home with 2 endearing, energetic and loving rescued Dalamations -- Desi and her daughter Oreo.

Treasurer:  Hank Storr

Hank was born in Philadelphia and lived in New Jersey, Connecticut and Michigan before moving to Eugene in 2001. Hank is a member of the Rotary Club of Eugene and also serves on the Eugene Symphony board. In his spare time he enjoys listening to classical music, particularly opera and jazz, playing bridge, cooking and wine tasting. He and his wife have one grown daughter, who also lives in Eugene and volunteers at Greenhill and three cats, Gracie, Tigerlily and Greenbean, all of whom are from shelters.

Secretary: Jaclyn Semple, J.D.

Jaclyn is an attorney practicing employment and healthcare law at Watkinson Laird Rubenstein Baldwin & Burgess, P.C., in Eugene. She grew up in Wisconsin and remains a die hard fan of the Green Bay Packers. She and her husband share their home with (camera shy) kitties Monty and Stache, adopted from the Dane County Humane Society in Madison, Wisconsin, and rescued collies Marleigh and Parker.

Although most of her spare time is spent doting on her furry children, she also loves to travel and make jewelry.

He hails from Roseburg and attended the University of Oregon for a short time before enlisted in the USMC. He served in Vietnam as a combat photographer and correspondent and was discharged in 1970 as a Sergeant. David has worked with many other community organizations in the past including Day Island Group, E5 Association, and FOOD for Lane County. By day he’s the owner of a CPA firm located near Valley River (Larry, that is; frankly, Django’s not that good with numbers.)
