Who We Are

Can You Share A Little Love?

Did you know that Greenhill provides shelter for more than 2,000 homeless pets each year? Since 1944, we have been there for the animals that need us.

Animals like Blondie, who was abandoned on Greenhill’s property. Blondie had a broken leg and was very pregnant – she delivered eight puppies just a few days later in our shelter. Our vet was able to perform difficult surgery to repair Blondie’s leg and a foster family came forward to care for her during her six month recovery, and provide her pups with a place to grow old enough for adoption. Recently all eight of those pups found loving homes and Blondie is now ready for adoption.

At Greenhill, we would not have the resources to care for special needs pets like Blondie without the support of people like you. We have an annual operating budget of almost $900,000 and 100% of that budget comes from community support.

Please help us ensure that we will always be a safe haven for animals like Blondie and her puppies. If you can make a generous gift to the shelter, you will help us provide homeless pets with a place to sleep, food, medical attention, and a chance to find a family of their own.

Our goal is to raise $150,000...so far we've raised $103,200.
