On Sunday, May 19th Greenhill will host one of our largest fundraisers of the year! Alton Baker Park goes to the dogs when over 1,200 dogs and their people leash up for a 10K, 5K, or 2K run/walk in the park. Please join us as a volunteer (opportunities below) on Sunday, May 19th!
*Please note there is a volunteer training on Wednesday, May 15th from 6-8 p.m. at Alton Baker for all positions.

Event Set Up – Help get the signage, stage and all areas ready to go for the morning of the event. 6-8 a.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker 

Day of Race Registration – Register participants morning of the races. Must be detail oriented and comfortable taking payment. 6:30-10 a.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker 

Day of Race Packet Pick Up – Help pre-registered participants check in and get everything they need. 6:30-10 a.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker 

Vendor Assistance – Assist vendors as they arrive at the park to get set up. Great position for someone who also wants to participate in a race! 6:30-7:30 a.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker  

Parking – Help coordinate parking and direct participants. 6:30-10:30 a.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker 

Day of Race Incentive Prize Pick Up and Bag Check – Give out prizes and help check bags. 7-11 a.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker 

Eclectic Edge Helper – Help the race company with inputting data and coordinating participant information. Must be detail oriented and able to follow direction! 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker 

Biker with trailer – Do you have a bike with a trailer? Help set out cones and ride the race route to provide support during set up and after the races. 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker 

Oversee Kid Zone – Help coordinate kids activity area. 7 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. OR 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker 

Trail Marshal – Help guide participants along routes. Many volunteers needed!! Must be able to walk distances and stand for periods of time. Some spots will have water to hand out. 8-11 a.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker  

Finish Line Cheerer and Chip Pullers – Help participants start the race off and pull chips as participants cross the finish line. Cheer everyone out and in! 8:15-11 a.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker 

Event Break Down – Help pack everything up after the event concludes. 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, 5/19 at Alton Baker
