Greenhill’s Community Outreach staff visits public and private schools & civic groups throughout the Eugene & Springfield area to give humane education presentations. Focusing on elementary through high school, our educators give age specific presentations on topics including safety around animals, pet care, and the importance of spaying or neutering your pet. We also highlight Greenhill programs, animal-related careers, use of service dogs, and animal welfare issues. Most importantly, our education programs strive to establish a sense of responsibility with our youngest generation in hopes of making the world a better, more humane place.
