Impounded animals may be reclaimed from the shelter during normal business hours.

If your dog is displaying a current license when it comes to the shelter, the impound fees are waived.
Impound Fees for Dogs
1st impound in calendar year: $25
2nd impound in a calendar year: $50
3rd or more in a calendar year: $100
Boarding Fee: $15 per day
*Fees may differ based on jurisdiction.

Please note: A current license and proof of current rabies vaccination are required to claim a lost dog. Licenses may be purchased/renewed at Greenhill Humane Society. Rabies vaccinations are available during business hours. Additional fees apply.
If an animal is not claimed within 3 days (5 days for pets displaying identification) the pet may be placed up for adoption.
