Lost pets: hand deliver the completed form and a photo of the pet to 1st Avenue Shelter (address/map) 

Found pets: hand deliver or email the form and a photo to 1stavenue@green-hill.org.

Please note that the shelter on Green Hill Road does not accept strays. If you find a stray animal, contact the appropriate animal control office.
